Wedding Session | Daphne & George
YORGOS & DAPHNE
Thessaloniki Wedding in Kiwi Garden
21.07.2019
Where to start?
Our Hollander friends asked us if we’d cover their wedding and although we are from those people who don’t like these kind of ceremonies, we found out that we ‘re missing something out; they’re the most blissful, beautiful events full of happy people. So we cant thank you enough for the opportunity and giving us the joy of being able to photograph/videograph your families.
Press play & get lost in it all.
Two of the most beautiful souls.
Daphne & George eloped in Thessaloniki at the charming Kiwi Garden.

The Couple
They are one of the warmest couples we’ve ever met, so we knew from the first time that this lovely day was going to be something spectacular. It’s always an honour photographing someone’s story, especially when they let you into their lives with their own families.
Most of the time, the morning of a wedding starts off slow and quiet ending up with the frantic last minutes…
The Ceremony
We walked over to a little grove, tucked away in a series of trees, the church in the middle and surrounded by modern apartments. We had been to that spot before, under completely different weather conditions. This time, there wasn’t a cloud in the sky and the light poured into the clearing. The newly weds ended the ceremony by fooling with their best men. That’s our kind of ceremony exit for sure!
Exploring
After the heartfelt moments and tears around the service we took a trip around Halkidiki’s shoreline and some of the most beautiful spots in the region for wedding portraits; overflowing with island charm and a killer sunset view of Thessaloniki. It was the perfect place for all of us to wrap up and definitely one to remember.
We ventured off to some pretty spots for portraits. There really wasn’t a plan, but had a few spots in mind.
It’s really amazing being with couples after their wedding day. Not only do you get to share their very first moments, but you get to catch up in the landscape and forget that you are trying to do your job. We hope we did D&G justice (:
